Organic herbal teas with innovative infusion and handling systems should simplify tea consumption and at the same time offer a high-quality user experience. Regardless of the formal test objective, it is assessed how convincing packaging and product appearance are and whether the patented stem/stick system represents a practical alternative to classic tea bags in everyday life.
Packaging & first impression: From the very first contact, the product gives off a very high-quality impression. The packaging is visually appealing, clearly structured and clearly labelled. The premium and “handmade” feeling is immediately noticeable.
application: It is prepared in the same way as classic tea, but without thread or string. The handle completely replaces them and allows the tea bag to be hooked, stirred and removed cleanly. The application is intuitive and requires no familiarization. Stirring during the brewing process is also easy.
Practical impression (brewing process): Prior to this, there was a fear that the stem could become soft, lose stability or break early due to contact with hot water.
